Either the question is poorly worded or there are many possible right answers. Did this major national event happen immediately before each of the other events, or was it something that happened one time? I can’t tell from the way the question is worded. If it only happened one time and happened before all of the events, one only needs to pick a major national event that happened before the earliest event on the list.
